Located opposite the newly constructed Aviv Clinic in Cluster F, JLT is a hidden gem called The Fabrique, the closest thing to a New York style deli in Dubai. In-house made cured meats? They’ve got it. In-house made sausages? Check. Bagels, buns and burgers? You betcha. And they’ve got all this for either dine in, take away or delivery (although their indoor dine-in space is very limited). Plus, they have a personalized butchery section which caters to everything from your daily stews and roasts all the way up to the hubba hubba food porn USDA Prime cuts for steaks and barbecues.

The burgers and hot dogs at The Fabrique are insane, I especially like their super juicy Fab Burger. I’m also a big fan of both their Spicy Italian and their Korean Bulgogi hotdogs. If you prefer chicken, try their K-Pop Korean Dog. But you know what, my favourite is their New Yorker with nothing more than a little mustard and sweet relish; believe me, their in-house made beef sausages are excellent and, in my mind, need little enhancement. Their cold cuts are amazing too and 100% halal. I love this little deli and find myself drawn to it at the first excuse I get. If you like New York deli style food, you will love this place. Give it a try.
