I think it’s the thin crust which makes 800 Pizza one the most consistent pizza deliveries to our home. Mind you, I don’t order pizza that often, but my wife and daughter do – wife: from 800 Pizza and daughter: from…um…Pizza Hut. Thankfully, wife usually gets her way. The most common pizzas she orders from 800 are the Diavola Pepperoni and Bresaola & Rocket. I prefer the later over the pepperoni which, in my mind, is rubbish. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever had a proper pepperoni pizza in Dubai. Now that I think about it, I haven’t had a proper pepperoni pizza since I was last in New York.

Placing an order at 800 is a doddle and delivery from their Sustainability City branch to our home in Arabian Ranches is so fast we get our pizzas while they’re still hot, ooey and gooey. There really are a lot of pizzerias around the Arabian Ranches area (over a dozen by my last count) and 800 Pizza has got to be one of the better propositions. And although it’s not my favourite (that would be Maison Mathis) I have no qualms in recommending it.
