In my mind Burger Fuel is one of the best mainstream burger franchises out there. Their burgers have been consistently good across all the branches I have visited including this one in Motor City. My favourite burger is the C N Cheese which, as its name suggests, is basically a cheeseburger. Of course, the boys and girls at BF would argue that there’s nothing basic about their burgers, not least that their patties are made of 100% pure grass-fed beef. Personally, I like the sear they get on their patty without over cooking it. And I like the fresh everything that goes into each burger. I’m not a big fan of their fries though.

That said, a funky interior, friendly service and dependably delicious burgers for under AED40 make this my preferred burger joint throughout Dubailand (and yes, I am aware there is a Johnny Rocket’s two minutes away). Worth a visit.
