Bon Chikin Bon Bon is a Korean fried chicken franchise with branches in Dubai Mall and this one in Nakheel Mall on the Palm. Famous for brining its chicken (before deep frying it) and also for its fiery sauces, we decided to include their wings in our chicken wings challenge. But first, who came up with the name Bon Chikin Bon Bon? Anyway, we ordered the Korean Soy Garlic and Spicy Asian with a side of Kimchi. I gotta say, these boys make some really good wings – sadly the outside crunch had lost its edge by the time it arrived but the inside was soft and moist with just a hint of Maggie noodles (believe me). The sauces are really good if a little too sweet in the case of the soy garlic. The kimchi was mushy and isn’t something I will order again. Their fried chicken, though, is most definitely worth an order.
