King Chef is a chain of value for money restaurants specialising in South Indian cuisine. You get a pretty good idea of who their target consumer is when you realise that there are not one but two branches in al-Quoz; one beside Shaklan 3 and this one around the corner from Exotic Cars , near Al Shirawi Enterprises.
King Chef’s menu is extensive and typically tries to offer something for everyone…even Chinese. But it’s the South Indian dishes you need to go for if you want to really sample the true potential of this little eatery. Stuff like Chicken Chatti Curry (village style chicken curry) or the spicy red Fish or Prawn Vattichathu Curry. Remember, South Indians are masters of seafood. The beauty of this place is that they do North Indian just as well, such as the Mutton Rogan Josh.

Service is genuinely friendly, accommodating and prompt. Our waiter was a smiley lad who pampered us from the minute we walked in to when we left. What this little restaurant lacks in posh it makes up for in smiles and yum. Worth a visit.
The BEST!
