Bodrum is a small Turkish restaurant with a big heart. Located in Armada Towers 2 of Cluster P in JLT, its interior is dominated by an open kitchen which is split between grill and oven, a testament to the speciality of this little eatery – order Kebab, Pide or Lahmacun (Turkish/Levantine Pizza) and you can’t go wrong. And then, of course, there’s my favourite – Manti, which is as authentic as it is delicious. Round off your meal with some excellent baklava and Turkish tea. Much of the soul and character of this place comes from the owner, Mohammad, who is so full of positive energy…I am convinced the food tastes better because of it. Sadly, I’ve heard Bodrum may be closing so it may not be a bad idea to give them a call before you go. But go, it’s worth it.
