Blaze Burgers, at the base of Sadaf Tower on the Walk, JBR seems to have dethroned Black Tap as the highest rated burger joint in Dubai.
And with good reason, Blaze burgers are really, really good. The Bahraini owner of Blaze and his culinary team have refined the build-a-burger concept by providing several already amazing burger platforms, and condiment add-ons to work with. This gives you an (almost) endless number of options to play with. It all depends on what takes your fancy.
Take a Gourmet Wagyu with a brown bun, and Heaven & Hell Topping, or the Grilled Chicken with a white bun, and Texas BBQ Topping…it can go on and on. Personally, I’m not adventurous where burgers are concerned, and usually settle for one of the ‘stock’ options, either the Old Fashioned or the Gourmet Wagyu.
The Fries are really good too. Try them AND the many in-house developed and made sauces – awesome. Service is super friendly and accommodating. If you haven’t yet been, don’t waste a single minute – go – Blaze is worth the horrendous JBR crawl.
