Desi Bistro is a veg only Indian fast food and snacks franchise with three branches in Dubai, including this one in Jafza Food Court One. Think Bombay Chowpatty, Chhappan Bhog, Puranmal, Bikanervala, etc. and you’ll understand what Desi Bistro is all about with the difference that they have decades of experiences and market presence behind them whereas these guys are very much the new kids on the block. So, do they do anything better? Based on my one meal there, which mixed breakfast with chaat, they’re definitely on par with the big boys but not better. Standing in the middle of somewhere like this Jafza food court, with three similar, almost identical options available, it’s really a matter of personal preference. I’d eat here again – yeah.
