Japang is a franchise of delivery kitchens which specialises in Japanese inspired fried chicken. This kitchen in Motor City is the second I have ordered from, the original being in Barsha. Ticking the spicy option, I ordered their Yakitori Burger combo which, basically, is a chicken burger with fries and two strips chicken tenders. Because they are located in Motor City, I expected speedy delivery with piping hot food. I got the first but to my dismay, the food was tepid at best. This totally ruined the fries which I remember liking so much the last time I ordered. It did nothing for the chicken strips either, they were limp but tender. And tender is my takeaway (excuse the pun) from this order because the chicken in my burger too was super tender. The other thing I appreciated was their new prices which are much lower than when they first started. All the said, I must mark them down for the cold state in-which their food arrived. Also, there was absolutely no connection with anything Japanese.
