Seasons is a licensed, all-day dining restaurant at the Pullman in Cluster T, JLT. Its interior is modern, bright and cheerful, and is designed to accommodate buffets. I came to try their Iftar which, at AED210 per person, is not cheap, putting it squarely in a mid-price position.
Dubai restaurants are among the most famous in the world for their buffets, some even outdoing the buffet masters in Las Vegas. The Iftar buffet at Seasons does not disappoint with extensive sections covering salads and starters, mains and desserts. There are a number of live cooking stations, the most popular being the giant lamb quzi/kabsa station. Several cuisines are represented ranging from the obvious local and Indian to a broader, more international – basically, there’s a little something for everyone. Their dessert section is stupendous.
Service is very good. The staff are generally friendly and attentive. We were looked after by young Harinder who fussed over our table as if we were the owner’s cousins.
I am usually wary of all-day-dining restaurants but this one was better than expected. It’s worth a visit if you’re in the neighbourhood, especially so if you have an Entertainer voucher to spare.
