We walked in, and straight out of the Meating Room on our first visit. It’s small, casual and totally inappropriate for a business lunch where you want to impress someone with a little of Dubai’s famous OTT bling.
How did we end up there in the first place, you ask? Zomato ratings, which can be deceptive if you’re not careful. My wife and I returned a couple of weeks later for what turned out to be an amazing meal.
The Meating Room is special because it’s owned and run by people who love cooking, love food. Its high ratings totally justified. Stick to the grills and you won’t go wrong. Try as wide a variety as your budget allows. I love their harissa wings – try them. And the psychedelic lamb chops – try them too. In fact, there’s not a lot NOT to like.
Service is super friendly, fast and accommodating. Worth a detour.
